What is the frequency of training sessions?
The training frequency is 5 sessions in a week, Which is based on your availability.
What will be the duration of each session?
The duration of each session will be up to 45 to 60 minutes.
Will I get only fitness training or even the diet plan?
You will get both fitness training & a customized diet plan based on your food preferences.
What if i don't have any equipments, Should I join the gym?
Not a problem at all, You don't have to join the gym, As we start only with body weight workouts at the begining, We will suggest accordingly & provide some recommendations on the easily affordable options.
What qualifications does the trainers hold?
Our trainers are certified by the internationally recognised organisations like ACE(American council on exercise), ACSM(American college of sports medicine) & certified dieticians & medical exercise experts.
What if i'm not compatible with the trainer?
You can always contact the customer support regarding the change of trainer, And the support team will help to choose another trainer.
What are the trainings that you provide ?
1. PERSONAL TRAINING AT HOME :
We provide one to one personal fitness training at your home, Community gym.
2. ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING :
We provide one to one online personal fitness training through Zoom, Google meet, Skype.
3. VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING :
We provide customized workout plan based on your fitness goal through our mobile app.
4. CUSTOMIZED DIET PLANNING :
We provide customized diet plan based on the clients preferences, Goals & medical conditions (if any).

What is the procedure to cancel a sessions?
Cancellation can be done 24hours prior the session. Just inform your trainer regarding the session cancellation over a call or message.
